DENZAL FOUNDATION is pleased to announce its State Executive Teams (SET) for 2022-23. SET is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, coordinating, and implementing DENZAL FOUNDATION Projects in all cities/chapters in their state. They are also responsible for DENZAL FOUNDATION expansion by reaching out to aspiring social leaders in respective states and cities, as well as ensuring that Chapters run smoothly in accordance with DENZAL FOUNDATION National Coordination Team and DENZAL FOUNDATION Governing Council laws and rules. 

SET will be directly reporting to DENZAL FOUNDATION National Coordination Team for any kind of coordination relating to their respective State.

The Capacity Building and Volunteer Engagement Lead within the Denzal Foundation's State Executive Committee is responsible for enhancing the skills and knowledge of team members and volunteers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and ensuring effective engagement of volunteers in the foundation's projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Capacity Building Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for capacity building and skill enhancement.

  2. Training Development: Design training programs and workshops to enhance the skills of project teams and volunteers.

  3. Learning Resources: Curate and provide access to learning resources that support professional development.

  4. Volunteer Recruitment: Collaborate with the Recruitment Lead to identify and onboard volunteers with relevant skills.

  5. Skill Assessment: Identify skill gaps within project teams and volunteers and address them through training.

  6. Continuous Learning: Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the state team.
