About The Dreams Unlimited
Children always dreamt of becoming doctors, astronauts, police officers, pop singers and so on. Their dreams and aspirations used to change as soon as they started developing an interest in one job or the other. Sometimes it was because of a relative whom adored very much, and the other time it was because of the role of an actor they saw on television. There are no set dreams or ambitions they could really follow as the final goal. On the other hand, sometimes the dreams they had are not feasible, and with time, we get to know what actually we are capable of. They dream of a job they fancy.
The Denzal Foundation is helping individuals reach for their dreams. We provide a transformative mentoring experience for youth to build character, skills and dreams in a safe out of school time environment.
Across the nation, there are millions of young people, who fear they may not live their dreams. For those young people who also have a non supporting and non understanding parent, the future may be even more bleak. Our innovative commitment help individuals to transform these dreams into reality through expert mentorship an hand holding.

The Denzal Foundation is committed to stopping this vicious cycle. Through our innovative afterschool and mentoring program, we are transforming children into dreamers who envision and realize their potential. Our research-based programs challenge young people and engage them in active learning through one-on-one mentoring, tutoring, hands-on STEM activities, exciting field trips and cloud-based, tailored literacy support.

Like its distinctive mission, the Denzal Foundation's program sets it apart from other afterschool and mentoring organizations.
The program starts with this principle: Beyond school, every young person we serve must spend 11 to 15 hours each week in a stimulating learning environment. One-on-one sessions with carefully matched mentors complement afterschool activities that combine academic fundamentals. The focus builds on three pillars – skill-building, character-building, and dream-building. The overall goal is to nurture the whole child while altering attitudes, enhancing self-esteem, supporting emotional and intellectual growth, and sparking dreams.
From our earliest days, the Denzal Foundation has grounded its program in research and tested it in the field. A recently developed theory of change illustrates the relationship between this design and the outcomes we strive to achieve.
Ongoing research and evaluation helps us determine results and continually strengthen the program. Anecdotal evidence tells us that the Denzal Foundation also has an important impact on the quality of education and classroom learning, suggesting that our program has the capacity to become a building block for better schools.

The Pillars of the Dream Academy Program
SKILL BUILDING
95% of Dreams unlimited Kids live in non supportive environment, irrespective of their socio-economic strata, understanding kids dreams and considering dreams as the catalyst for skill building and personality transformation is beyond comprehension for most of the families in India. That’s why the skill-building pillar of the Denzal Foundation program focuses on strengthening positive in-school behavior and educational fundamentals.
87% of Dreams Unlimited Kids had no in-school suspensions.
71% of Dreams Unlimited Kids avoided skipping school or being sent to the principal's office.
98% of Dreams Unlimited Kids reported that it was important for them to both graduate from high school and attend college.

Children with an incarcerated parent are two and a h more likely to have mental health and behavioral problems, which are strongly linked to difficulty in school, trouble finding work, and becoming involved in crime.

The aspirations of Dreams Unlimited Kids have been positively correlated with the number of days they attend the Denzal Foundation, and those who attended more frequently reported more hope for their future.
90% of Dreams Unlimited Kids noted that the Denzal Foundation program activities made them think about their future.
93% of Dreams Unlimited Kids could imagine the person they want to be in the future.
87% of Dreams Unlimited Kids indicated that they have concrete plans for their future.
In addition to providing an enriching environment for Dreams Unlimited Kids, the Denzal Foundation program also serves to fill the critical time between 3:00 and 6:00pm in which violent crimes with juvenile victims tend to peak.
Who We Help
We seek to offer young people a safe place to go after school for academic support, mentoring and inspiration.
The Denzal Foundation partners with local schools to deliver robust after-school programs and mentoring to students living . Dreams Unlimited Kids grades 2 through university and post university spend 10 to 15 hours each week in a stimulating learning environment that offers them ample opportunities for growth.
Creating a safe and caring atmosphere for Dreams Unlimited Kids and DreamTeens sets the stage for building strong, trusting relationships with the Denzal Foundation staff and volunteer mentors.
Against the backdrop of supportive relationships we challenge our Dreams Unlimited Kids to develop a growth mindset as we provide support, share power and expand opportunities.\
